Jacquie Shiplack

Jacqueline was born and raised in our beautiful province of Saskatchewan.  She always said that in retirement she wanted to learn how to paint with watercolours.  In the winter of 2014, the opportunity presented itself in Osoyoos, BC.  There she took lessons from Sue Whittaker.  Sue encouraged Jacqueline to express herself through her love of colour and referred to her as her whimsical painter.  While colour is her primary love and source of inspirations, Jacqueline is open to all aspects of art.  When she joined the Prairie Artists Guild, she was excited to learn more from like minded artists.
