Margaret is a Regina artist who grew up on a farm near Pleasantdale, Saskatchewan. Although she has resided in all three prairie provinces, it is Saskatchewan that has shaped the essence of who she is. Margaret is a child of the prairies, a woman of the wind. The unique beauty of the vast prairie skies, the diversity of landscapes and the magnificence of changing seasons are ingrained in her soul.  Margaret enjoyed a varied and rewarding career in education. In her retirement, she has turned her attention to capturing nature’s artistry through the mediums of watercolour, acrylic and ink. Margaret continually seeks learning environments embracing creativity. Her seasonal gallery and studio is located along the shores of Kenosee Lake at the Artist’s Colony in Moose Mountain Provincial Park.
